MY SUCCESS, FAILURES, AND HOW I GREW FROM THEM
SUCCESS
Was able to keep the team engaged with Workfront after presenting them with features that solve their most critical pain points

Had one of my ideas presented to senior Improving stakeholders for my project with Improving

Having 3 of my ideas to innovate the pet shopping experience combined into a final idea to present to Sam’s Club executives
Ideating 46 ideas to innovate the wine shopping experience for Sam's Club with 11 of those voted highly by the team and 6 of those being presented to Jonathan Saffian

Had solution involving making health code scores based on the consistency of scores over time taken for consideration by the Frisco Food Health Department and the President of Frisco Chamber of Commerce
FAILURES
Presenting an Idea to Sam's Club stakeholders based on my perceived notion of what seemed the most "innovative" instead of determining what they were really looking for

Subpar presentation skills, which made it harder to communicate how potential solutions work for my teams/stakeholders

Impatience with my own work pace leads me to become more frustrated with myself leading to procrastination and therefore, lower work quality
HOW I GREW FROM THEM
Learned how to keep the stakeholder front and center in a project process with learnings about change management reinforcing those concepts

Learned to talk slower while also listening more attentively in order to match the tone and theme of what the speaker is saying to maintain a more agile communication approach

Plan out my schedule with fewer large tasks per day to account for my process in an honest way to reduce frustrations
