June 2022 - Present
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER / BUS. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT INTERN, MCKESSON
Helped create a defined financial model of a project solution that yields a potential $26 million in revenue while utilizing Workfront Marketing to transform over 50 requests from stakeholders into 50 projects for the team all while managing and refining 6 calendars and 2 project templates, increasing the visibility of team workflows.

Obtained a baseline documentation rate of projects using official software data and stakeholder estimates to quantify user pain points while providing a foundation for an improvement of tracking projects. I also coded qualitative data of over 160 insights from 6 stakeholders into 7 themes to visualize user needs. In addition, I facilitated an affinity mapping exercise for a 7-person team to define product requirements for a solution. With that, I also conducted and analyzed 6 survey responses and 6 open-ended interview responses to evaluate the BrandComm's team user experiences of a project management software to identify pain points and user requirements.
May 2021 - July 2021
VIRTUAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT, DATAREADY DFW
Worked in a leadership team to develop organization-wide plans for DataReadyDFW’s transition to a for-profit organization by organizing the credentials for the organization’s main tools and designing department-specific objectives for future interns. Also worked with the social media team to help Increase user engagement of DataReadyDFW’s social media accounts by developing over 100 posts of content which included questionnaires, quotes, and facts on the data industry.

SAM’S CLUB INNOVATION ANALYSIS: WINE
Conducted research and presented ideations on ways to revolutionize the wine shopping experience with a focus on key customer pain points such as: lack of education and confidence, no personalization or gamification features, and no dedicated features for younger shoppers.

SAM’S CLUB INNOVATION JAM ANALYSIS
Analyzed feasibility of innovation jam ideas based on set criteria: cost, high business impact, potential growth, and technical excellence. Presented reworked submissions to Sam’s Club stakeholders with a focus on idea relevancy and workability.

FRISCO HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY 2: IDEATION AND IMPLEMENTATION- ORDINANCES
Brainstormed ways to utilize city ordinances to engage and incentivize restaurants to increase their health scores. I conducted research on ordinances of other municipalities to determine ideas of improvement, brainstormed ways to improve restaurant education for policy clarification on Frisco ordinance laws, and determined the legality of ideas from different teams. While doing this, I also collaborated with other teams to create an engagement model through surveys, interviews, and reports to identify pain points in restaurant engagement.
August 2020 - December 2020
FRISCO HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY: PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
Collaborated in designing logos and providing design and idea research to improve Frisco’s food health code to one that informs consumers on food health while improving relationships between restaurants and the city. I also Ideated a recommendation based on the Singapore Food Agency that was taken for consideration by the Frisco Food Health and Safety Department and the President of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, which involved making health code scores based on the consistency of scores over time.
